All on X or Full arch implants with fixed teeth
We are also able to offer "All-on-X" or "full arch" implant options. These treatments involve placing 2, 4, or 6 implants into the jaw then placing a fixed prosthesis with10-14 teeth. This is a great option for people who struggle to tolerate dentures or who want a permanent solution to traditional dentures. To ensure patient comfort, these procedures can be done using IV sedation or general anaesthetic.
Osseoframe - a fixed option for patients with no bone
In cases where patients don't have sufficient bone quality or quantity to allow standard implants to be placed, we are able to offer an alternative option to allow fixed teeth to be placed. The process uses an Osseoframe, which is a custom made titanium framework that sits under the gum tissue and over the jaw bone and allows the teeth to be attached. Dr Andrew Gerber is one of only a few dentists in Australia who offers this procedure. Designed and produced in Australia by Maxoniq, this revolutionary procedure offers hope to patients who have previously been told they can't have implants or fixed teeth.
